Customers are among our organization’s most valuable assets. Every employee represents Greno to our customers and the public. The way we do our jobs presents an image of our entire organization. Customers judge all of us by how they are treated with each employee contact. Therefore, one of our first business priorities is to assist any customer or potential customer. Nothing is more important than being courteous, friendly, helpful, and prompt in the attention you give to customers. Our personal contact with the public, our manners on the telephone, and the communications we send to customers are a reflection not only of ourselves, but also of the professionalism of Greno. Positive customer relations not only enhance the public’s perception and image of Greno, but also results in greater customer loyalty and increased sales and profit.

Our reputation for integrity and excellence requires careful observance of the spirit and letter of all applicable laws and regulations, as well as a scrupulous regard for the highest standards of conduct and personal integrity.

The continued success of Greno is dependent upon our customers’ trust and we are dedicated to preserving that trust. Employees owe a duty to Greno, its customers, and shareholders to act in a way that will merit the continued trust and confidence of the public.

Greno will comply with all applicable laws and regulations and expects its directors, officers, and employees to conduct business in accordance with the letter, spirit, and intent of all relevant laws and to refrain from any illegal, dishonest, or unethical conduct. We are committed to respecting the rights of all individuals.

 

HEALTH AND SAFETY OF GRENO EMPLOYEES

All employees of Greno Industries are entitled to a safe and healthful working environment. Our goal is to maintain a high degree of safety in our facility to help prevent injuries and encourage safe working methods and practices. Greno’s will continue to work as partners with DOL and OSHA to proactively maintain a safe and healthful work environment by participating in voluntary safety and health audits. Greno will continue to take the necessary precautionary measures, provide on-going training, and continue to raise awareness with our employees. Together with our employees we will remain committed to reduce accidents and implement safe practices to ensure success in providing a safe and healthful work environment.

 

ENVIRONMENTAL

Greno is committed in complying with local, state, and federal regulations and laws for recycling and waste removal.

We will proactively work to reduce any negative impact on the environment and continue to make the necessary improvements to ensure our manufactured parts will be safe for the environment across the globe. We agree to comply with international regulations and standards. We will cooperate with local, state, and federal environmental organizations with respect to audits and reviews and welcome advisement for improvements whenever possible.

 

MANUFACTURING

Partnering with local high schools and technical colleges, Greno’s will continue to offer assistance in educating potential candidates in the field of manufacturing through internships and apprenticeship programs. By supporting and encouraging the technical education of our students today, we will ensure our ability to provide manufacturing with the well trained workforce needed to grow and support our local and national economy.
