Warehouse Logistics Manager:
• Must possess great leadership skills.

Experienced in programming is a plus. Setup knowledge of M&G code required. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Energetic and cooperative with a positive attitude. 1st and 2nd shifts available.

Live tooling experience is necessary to perform this job.

Machinist – Lathe Operator:
1st shift 8 hour days Monday – Friday/2nd Shift 10 hour days Monday – Thursday
Experienced Lathe Operator. Capable of aligning and securing holding fixtures and selecting the necessary speed/feeds, cutting tools, and attachments to produce defect free close tolerance complex parts that conform to the supplied drawings. Knowledge of programming language and the proven ability to operate and understand the function of the controls is necessary. Must be a self-starter required to work in a team environment, participate in problem solving and the implementation of solutions to ensure success. Must have an in-depth knowledge of GD&T, the ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances using strong math skills, and be capable of using precision inspection equipment.
Machinist 2nd shift—CNC Horizontal Lathe:
Responsibilities:
• Capable of aligning and securing holding fixtures and selecting the necessary speed /feeds, cutting tools, attachments to produce defect free close tolerance complex parts that conforms to the supplied drawings.
• Knowledge of programming language and the proven ability to operate and understand the function of the controls
• The primary focus is the operation of an Okuma CNC horizontal twin turret lathe.
• Must be a self starter required to work in a team environment, participate in problem solving and the implementation of solutions to ensure success.
• Must have an in depth knowledge of GD&T and the ability to calculate dimensions & tolerances using strong math skills
• Capable of using precision inspection equipment
Job requirements:
• Formal horizontal lathe training with a minimum of 5 years experience.
Machinist 2nd shift—Vertical CNC (VTL)
Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of programming language and the proven ability to operate and understand the function of the controls
• Experience with precision machining of both large and small complex parts
• Must be a self starter required to work in a team environment, participate in problem solving and the implementation of solutions to ensure success.
• Must have an in depth knowledge of GD&T and the ability to calculate dimensions & tolerances using strong math skills
• Capable of using precision inspection equipment
Job requirements:
• Formal vertical lathe training with a minimum of 5 years experience.
Precision Machine Shop – QC Inspector:
Experienced manufacturing inspector to ensure manufactured products meet the specified standards and specifications of the drawing. Inspector must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings including geometric tolerances and be able to apply those tolerances. Applicant should be familiar in the use of standard machine shop measuring instruments including but not limited to all types of micrometers, vernier calipers, indicators, ring & thread gages. Experience in metrology a must. Experience in operation and programming both stationary and portable CMM equipment is required. Applicants with experience in PC-DMIS software, metallurgy, and/or instrument calibration will be considered first. Applicant should be able to follow instructions, pay close attention to details, and able to work independently or in a group.
Precision Machine Shop – Experienced Machinist with Mazatrol and Mastercam Experience:
Machinist with Mazatrol and Mastercam Experience; Must be capable of operating both CNC Mills and Lathes including Setup and Program. Blue Print reading required. Having your own tools is a plus. Must be capable of following instructions; paying close attention to detail and must be cooperative. 1st shift to start but hours may change depending on the needs of the customer at the time. You must be capable of working flexible hours and/or overtime on an as needed basis.

Manufacturing Engineer:
Responsible for process improvements and daily “hands on” support to manufacturing floor; Develop plans to enhance machining operations. Create and implement strategies to improve machine operator skills. Assist quoting department on new machining projects. Support continuous improvement activities which include lean manufacturing initiatives. You must have the ability to analyze engineering drawings and specifications to ensure manufacturability. Work with customers to quickly resolve machining/assembly issues.
Strong interpersonal skills (written & verbal); Proficient with interpreting machining blue prints and specifications with a strong knowledge of GD&T. You must have excellent computer skills in a variety of Microsoft Office programs (SolidWorks, AutoCad a plus). Familiar with the operations of all CNC and manual machine operations. Have excellent time management skills with a sense of urgency. Background in power generation turbine parts and subassemblies preferred. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 a plus! BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
with 5 years experience minimum or an associated degree with 10-15 years experience.
Precision Machine Shop – Cost Estimator:
Applicants must have a proven background in machine shop operations capable of preparing complete costing estimates. Individual should be familiar with various manual and CNC shop equipment and their operations
(ie: milling, turning, grinding, etc.)
Responsible for preparing customer quotations; Based on specifications determine the types of materials needed to manufacture product and obtain cost estimates from suppliers. Determine a rough and finish sequence of manufacturing steps to make the product. Prepare the request for quote based on the above information and using cost, markup and other financial factors provided by management.
Interact with other engineering and manufacturing staff concerning quoting assumptions. Customer interaction and communication Verbal, Written, Electronic.
CNC Vertical Boring Machinist:
Experienced in programming and setup; knowledge of M&G code required. Applicant must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Looking for energetic and cooperative applicants with a positive attitude.
