Responsibilities:

·Capable of aligning and securing holding fixtures and selecting the necessary speed /feeds, cutting tools, attachments to produce defect free close tolerance complex parts that conforms to the supplied drawings.

·Knowledge of programming language and the proven ability to operate and understand the function of the controls

·Experience with precision machining of both large and small complex parts

Must be a self-starter required to work in a team environment, participate in problem solving and the implementation of solutions to ensure success.

·Must have an in depth knowledge of GD&T and the ability to calculate dimensions & tolerances using strong math skills

·Capable of using precision inspection equipment

Job requirements:

·Formal vertical lathe training with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
